Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region. The role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support to Dow turnarounds, partnering with site teams and leadership to ensure adherence to standards and FEL processes.

The ideal candidate will lead readiness reviews, coach teams, and drive risk reduction and predictability for complex turnarounds, traveling up to 25% and working in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround/controls experience or 10 years without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, identify risks, and drive improvements across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions to ensure milestones.
• Develop actions to address deficiencies and improve outcomes.
