Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to lead and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and frontline execution.

You will provide scheduling expertise across major turnarounds, support readiness, and drive continuous improvement in planning and governance. This role partners with OTEC, site teams, and leaders, travels up to 25% domestically/internationally, and leads training and networks to

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in turnaround or 10 years total experience
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software, and turnaround work processes
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually
• US work authorization; TWIC card eligibility or possession preferred

Aufgaben

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance requirements.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds to improve readiness and execution performance.
• Assess readiness and health during FEL and execution, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions to ensure critical milestones are met.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and mentor schedulers.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow turnarounds.
