Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region.

This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow's Platinum work process, collaborating with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and leadership to ensure readiness and execution excellence. Responsibilities include governing the scheduling discipline, leading readiness reviews, and driving continuous improvement through PERA-based risk management and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround experience, or 10 years without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Master scheduler experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; TWIC card eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and risks across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop actions to address readiness gaps and drive outcomes.
• Lead scheduler qualification curriculum and training initiatives.
• Coordinate global scheduler networks and share best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling safe decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and promote standardization across processes.
