Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to lead scheduling discipline, mentor teams, and ensure governance across FEL and execution.

This role requires deep Primavera expertise and strong collaboration with site teams and leadership. You will drive readiness reviews, manage risk, and promote best practices while advancing scheduling technology and AI-enabled solutions across Dow turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in turnaround execution or 10 years alternative.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Experience as master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, risk, and health across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies.
• Lead global scheduler qualification curriculum.
• Lead global scheduler networks and best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
