Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast Region to drive scheduling excellence across front-end loading and execution.

You will lead and govern scheduling discipline, provide expert support to major turnarounds, and coordinate with site teams and leadership to ensure adherence to global processes. The role emphasizes readiness, risk reduction, and continuous improvement, including coaching, PERA-based risk practices, and adoption of best practices across Dow's

Formación

• Minimum a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years in turnaround execution.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software; mastery in turnaround work processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+) to improve readiness and execution.
• Assess readiness, health, risks, and gaps across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions to ensure milestones are met.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Lead global scheduler networks and mentor schedulers across sites.
