Job summary

Dow seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast Region to lead scheduling discipline and governance across front-end loading and execution. You will partner with site teams, leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure global standards are met and performance is optimized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years turnaround/execution experience or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Master scheduler experience in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events (>$30MM).
• Assess readiness, health, and risks across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews before execution.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness gaps and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling safe, cost-effective decisions.
• Capture lessons learned to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to advance scheduling capability.
