Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to govern scheduling discipline and provide global expertise across FEL and execution.

You will mentor teams, lead readiness reviews, and drive improvement in turnaround outcomes while partnering with site teams and leadership. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in turnarounds or 10 years if no degree, strong knowledge of Primavera and scheduling tools, and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years turnaround experience or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; TWIC card or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events to improve readiness.
• Assess readiness and health across FEL and execution phases, identifying risks and gaps.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and drive outcomes.
• Lead the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling informed decisions.
