Job summary

Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region to lead scheduling across FEL and execution, ensuring discipline and governance in a high-spend environment. You will drive readiness, foster risk-aware decision making, and coach turnaround teams to achieve reliable outcomes.

Travel up to 25% is required. A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in turnarounds or 10 years’ experience, plus Primavera expertise, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround experience or 10 years without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership to major turnaround events ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, identify risks, and drive improvement actions.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions.
• Develop training and mentoring for schedulers; manage qualification curriculum.
• Promote best practices through global scheduler networks.
