Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years turnaround experience, or 10 years in lieu of a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to major turnaround events to improve readiness and execution.
• Assess turnaround compliance, readiness, health, and identify risks and gaps.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews before execution.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support turnaround execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across Dow processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to advance scheduling.
