Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap and oversee governance across global lines. You will translate strategy into executable initiatives, manage risk, and lead cross-functional programs to enable profitable international growth.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape operating models, and lead change across geographies, ensuring alignment with business priorities while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation, strategy execution, or program leadership.
• Degree in business, engineering, strategy, operations or related field.
• Experience in internal strategy, transformation, or consulting role.
• Proven cross-geography transformation leadership across multiple geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Fluent English and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale, with outcomes, milestones and risks.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines, aligning priorities.
• Lead resolution of barriers across International Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR and others.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and governance evolving to enable growth.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio, cadence, dependencies and risk.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization and continuous improvement framework.
