Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in business transformation or related fields.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and functions behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR and others.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolving capabilities.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office with governance cadence and risk management.
• Lead change through capability building and continuous improvement across leadership.
