Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation or related leadership roles.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience leading cross-geography transformation across multiple geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance, operating mechanisms and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen tied to growth, margin, cash, productivity and capability.
• Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B technology environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines; establish governance and cross-functional commitments.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR and other functions.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolving governance, processes, and capabilities.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance cadence, dependencies and risk.
• Lead change leadership and capability building, embedding continuous improvement into leadership accountability.
