Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a seasoned transformation leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap and align it with global business lines. You will coordinate senior stakeholders across geographies and lead a high-impact Transformation Office to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include removing barriers, shaping the target operating model, and pushing for continuous improvement across international growth initiatives. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation or strategy execution
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda
• Translating strategy into executable roadmaps and governance
• Industry experience in manufacturing or B2B tech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones
• Act as senior integrator between regions and Global lines with governance
• Lead resolution of cross-functional barriers and escalations
• Custodian of the international operating model and capabilities
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio and risks
• Drive adoption of new international organization and continuous improvement
