Presidio is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead our global compensation and benefits programs. You will guide job architecture, market pricing, and governance, while directing annual merit and bonus cycles and partnering with Finance on budgets.

You will build processes across countries, drive pay equity initiatives, and manage a small Total Rewards team in a player-coach capacity, shaping our compensation strategy worldwide.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Global Total Rewards design, implementation, and governance experience across multiple regions.
• Strong experience with job architecture, leveling, market pricing, salary structures, and governance.
• Experience leading annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles end to end.
• Experience with pay equity analysis and pay transparency requirements across jurisdictions.
• Strong U.S. benefits experience including plan design, renewals, and cost management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, HRIS, and planning platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and ongoing management of job architecture, levels, titles, and career tracks.
• Manage market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure development.
• Guide compensation philosophy, market positioning, and geographic pay approach.
• Govern governance for offers, promotions, market adjustments, and exceptions.
• Oversee annual merit, promotion, and Corporate Bonus cycles, including planning and communications.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, cost modeling, and incentive governance.
• Support pay equity analyses and global pay transparency requirements.
• Lead implementation of compensation planning tools and UKG processes.
• Develop benefits strategy, governance, and renewals across countries.
• Provide leadership to the Total Rewards team and ensure delivery excellence.
