Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead a geographically dispersed team and drive design, delivery, and governance of worldwide Total Rewards programs. This role translates strategy into scalable, compliant programs supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

You will oversee compensation, benefits, job architecture, pay transparency, and pay equity, while managing annual processes, analytics, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards or compensation experience in a global organization.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• 10+ years U.S. benefit plan administration and ERISA compliance.
• Expertise in compensation design, job architecture, market benchmarking, pay transparency, and pay equity.
• Experience leading global processes and M&A due diligence or integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs.
• Oversee U.S. and Canada benefits administration, case management and compliance.
• Lead annual compensation processes including structure, market analysis and merit cycles.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and present to executives.
• Develop communications, training, and guidance materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and program costs.
