Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a Total Rewards Team Lead to administer U.S. benefits and global compensation programs, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will partner with employees, managers, executives, and the global HR team to keep plans competitive and compliant.

You will oversee benefits, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations, while guiding compensation design and benchmarking. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of benefits and compensation administration experience.
• Experience leading direct reports and coaching performance.
• Strong collaboration and proactive communication across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with ERISA, IRS, and DOL audits, reporting, and disclosure compliance; FLSA and leave compliance.
• Working knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administers and guides benefits and compensation programs.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations (FLSA, EEO, ERISA, DOL, HIPAA, FMLA).
• Leads leave of absence programs (STD/LTD) and ADA accommodations.
• Provides data analysis and market benchmarking for total rewards.
• Partners with brokers and advisors for compliant, market-competitive offerings.
• Develops compensation approaches and leveling with managers and HR teams.
• Uses AI/tech to improve efficiency and insights across rewards programs.
• Leads, trains, and coaches a team to meet goals.
