Job summary

Bruker in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead a geographically dispersed team and drive design, delivery, and governance of global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and pay equity.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into practical programs, oversee US/Canada benefits, run annual compensation processes, and support M&A integration while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR cert preferred.
• 10+ years in Total Rewards or compensation in global org; 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in US benefit plan administration, ERISA compliance, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs.
• Oversee day-to-day US/Canada benefits programs administration and compliance.
• Lead annual compensation processes including market analysis and merit/incentive cycles.
• Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and prepare executive-ready materials.
• Develop communications, training, and guidance materials for Total Rewards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and program costs.
