Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic Time & Absence Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our global time and absence programs. You will own systems, policies, and processes for time tracking, leave, and absence across regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Workday Time & Absence, regulatory knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive efficient employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management with emphasis on time & absence.
• Experience using AI to improve decisions and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
• Understanding global time management and leave laws and compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience across multiple global regions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs.
• Define goals and success metrics for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as SME on time tracking, leave, and absence management.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Legal on policies and administration.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to balance global standards locally.
• Work with Product and IT to optimize Workday modules.
• Partner with Payroll for accurate data flow between time/absence and HR systems.
• Translate regulatory requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop training materials and lead change management for implementations.
