Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years’ IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass DHS employment verification.
• Must pass motor vehicle records check and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support with installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices and servers.
• Support network attached devices such as computers, printers, biometrics, and medical equipment.
• Support mobile and wireless devices including smartphones and hotspots.
• Assist in testing, applying, and maintaining server configurations and security patches.
• Maintain health checks and backups, including restore testing.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Update tickets per templates to meet quality requirements.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for the customer.
• Provide inventory input to the customer inventory system.
