Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Partner Sales Manager to lead North American co-selling with Databricks and accelerate go-to-market activities across our ecosystem.

The role can be office-based in the USA or remote, offering a full-time position with strong earning potential. You will build and manage key partner relationships, enable sales teams, and drive pipeline generation through joint sales and marketing initiatives with Databricks and dbt Labs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in partner sales or development management.
• Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships with large tech partners.
• Background in data, AI, or analytics ecosystems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build productive North American sales relationships with Databricks.
• Drive sales enablement and engagement with Databricks and our sellers to grow pipeline.
• Drive joint sales and marketing plays to generate pipeline and revenue for Fivetran & dbt Labs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to accelerate revenue impact for dbt through Databricks.
• Hit and exceed pipeline and revenue quotas through partners.
• Communicate effectively with partner and internal sales leadership.
