Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in partner sales or development roles with large Data & AI platform partners.
• Experience navigating hyperscaler/partner sales and marketing orgs for mutual success.
• Proven ability to exceed pipeline and revenue quotas through partners.
• Strong commercial mindset and emphasis on pipeline generation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication with leadership and Account Executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, accountable environment.
• Commitment to inclusive teamwork and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build productive North American sales relationships with Databricks and co-sell partners.
• Drive sales enablement and engagement with Databricks and our sellers to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Lead joint sales and marketing plays to generate pipeline and close revenue for Fivetran and dbt Labs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing across Fivetran and dbt Labs to accelerate revenue impact.
