Job summary

Google is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join the Executive Recruiting Team (ERT). You will guide candidates through Google’s hiring process, engage leadership and partner with hiring managers to align on talent strategy.

You will analyze data, build relationships, and deliver high-impact leadership hires while navigating a fast-paced tech environment. Compensation includes equity and bonus targets, reflecting seniority and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search advising clients on talent and hiring.
• Experience managing the search process including setting and adjusting search strategy.
• Experience coordinating with internal or external research teams and guiding applicants through interviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Define and acquire senior technical talent and organizational leaders to enable growth.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across networks to identify candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication to internal partners.
• Conduct rigorous assessments to profile leadership styles and technical fit.
• Provide market insights and tailored talent solutions to achieve business objectives.
