Qualifications

8 years of experience in executive search with candidates at VP+ level.
8 years of experience hiring executives (VP+ levels).
5 years in the technology sector in corporate or search-firm settings.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define senior technical talent needs and strategic hiring plans.
Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies to identify and engage executive candidates.
Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication to internal partners.
Assess leadership styles, backgrounds, and technical fit for critical roles.
Provide market insights and tailored talent solutions to meet business objectives.
