Job summary

Google is seeking an Executive Recruiter to guide senior technical talent searches and connect candidates with leadership opportunities inside the company. You will partner with leaders to define needs, drive the full lifecycle, and deliver outcomes that align with Google's growth and innovation strategy.

You will leverage analytics to optimize the hiring process and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers across Google's DNA of high-impact roles.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search
• 8 years of experience hiring executives (e.g., VP+ talent)
• 5 years of experience in the technology sector

Responsibilities

• Define and acquire senior technical talent and organizational leaders to enable growth and long-term strategy.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks to identify and recruit technical executive candidates.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication and service to internal partners.
• Conduct rigorous assessments to gain deep insights into leadership styles, backgrounds, and fit for key roles.
• Provide market insights and tailored talent solutions to help achieve business objectives.
