Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search and advising on talent and hiring processes.
• 8 years of experience hiring executives (e.g., VP+).
• 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in corporate or executive search firm environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and acquire senior technical talent and leaders to support growth and long-term strategy.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks to identify, engage, and recruit executive candidates.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication and strong service to internal partners.
• Conduct rigorous assessments to derive insights on leadership styles and technical fit for critical roles.
• Provide market insights and tailored talent solutions to achieve business objectives.
