Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search and advising clients on talent and hiring.
• 8 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g., VP+).
• 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and acquire senior technical talent and organizational leaders.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks to identify and recruit technical executive candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication and service to internal partners.
• Conduct rigorous assessments, developing insights into leadership styles, backgrounds, and technical fit for critical roles.
• Serve as a domain talent expert, offering market insights and tailored talent solutions.
