Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process and supporting applicants through interview and offer.
• 8 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g., VP+ talent) within corporate or agency settings.
• 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead executive search strategies for senior roles across Google.
• Engage and assess leadership candidates, drawing insights on fit and potential.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and competitive assessments to inform hiring decisions.
