As an expert in talent needs, you will advise extraordinary people, engage with hiring managers, and drive a data-driven approach to hiring. Great results require strong analytics and relationship-building across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive search advising clients on talent and hiring, managing search process and strategy.
• 8+ years of experience in hiring executives (e.g., VP+ talent).
• 5+ years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search environment.
• Experience recruiting executive level Engineering talent from top industry players.
• Executive search lifecycle, leverage from a Research partner.
• Collaborating with hiring partners to deliver processes and outcomes.
• Executive compensation negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and acquire senior technical talent and leadership.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks to identify candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with strong communication and service to internal partners.
• Conduct rigorous assessments to gain insights into leadership styles and fit for executive roles.
• Serve as a domain talent expert, offering market assessments and tailored talent solutions.
