Job summary

Google’s Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) identifies and engages the next generation of leadership talent across Google. As part of the recruiting team, you guide candidates through the hiring process and connect them to the opportunities at Google. You leverage analytics to make hiring smarter and more efficient.

You will advise extraordinary people, work with hiring managers, and help Google grow by delivering strategic talent solutions and deep market insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search advising on talent and hiring.
• Experience managing search processes with internal/external research teams.
• 5 years in technology sector, corporate or executive search environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and acquire senior technical talent and organizational leaders.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks to identify and recruit executive candidates.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with strong communication and service to internal partners.
• Conduct rigorous assessments to gain deep insights into leadership styles and technical fit for top roles.
• Serve as a domain talent expert with market assessments and tailored talent solutions.
