You’ll leverage analytics to inform decisions and deliver high-quality candidates across global platforms, delivering exceptional service to internal partners and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search and guiding candidates through hiring.
• 8 years of experience hiring executives (VP+ level).
• 5 years in the technology sector within a corporate or executive search firm.

Responsibilities

• Define and acquire senior technical talent with leadership skills.
• Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with clear communication.
• Assess leadership styles and technical fit for executive roles.
• Provide market insights and tailored talent solutions to business goals.
