Cohere is seeking a remote-friendly Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for engineering and research roles and partner with hiring teams to engage top passive talent. You will leverage data-driven sourcing and a broad network across technology hubs to drive fast, inclusive hires.

You will operate in a high-growth environment, collaborating with talent partners and managers to scale our GTM and technical teams while advancing DEI initiatives and candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles across engineering and research.
• Proven track record in high-growth and high-bar environments (startup, AI preferred).
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.

• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of engineering and research talent.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting our premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive candidates with creative sourcing.
• Maintain market intelligence on talent trends and the competitive landscape.
• Manage recruiting funnels in ATS, updating progress and analytics.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to top of funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships with networks across business communities and leaders.
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
