Job summary

Anker Innovations in Seattle is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process—from posting jobs to interviewing and offer negotiations. You will partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience across the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely manner.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence.
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs
