Job summary

AnchorFree in Silicon Valley seeks a technically savvy, high-energy Recruiter for a full-time role. You’ll screen engineering candidates, manage end-to-end recruiting, and build a robust pipeline of software and networking talent.

You will leverage LinkedIn and networking events, partner with hiring managers to identify top candidates, and advise on salary decisions while maintaining compliance. This position comes with a competitive package and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communication or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
• HR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen engineering candidates to assess technical abilities (VPN/networking knowledge helpful).
• Perform full cycle recruiting / sourcing and develop a pipeline of candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards and social media; prescreen and interview qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top candidates; direct source via LinkedIn and events.
• Make salary recommendations and ensure compliance throughout the process.
