Responsabilités

• Engage and evaluate talented candidates to build a pipeline for a high growth business.
• Execute proactive and creative sourcing strategies to meet the business need.
• Partner with hiring teams to build robust candidate pools from applicants, referrals, networking, and passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Qualify candidates based on experience, skills, interests, and hiring team feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope new roles, write clear and compelling job descriptions, and hiring plans.
• Ensure interviews and assessments are job-relevant, consistent, and candidate-friendly.
• Capture candidate expectations on pay, advise on offers, and provide market insights.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely, clear updates throughout the process.
