Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple regions. You will post roles, actively source candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers while aligning with business leaders on hiring plans.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in recruiting, strong sourcing and communication skills, and experience with tech or consumer electronics. This role supports the company’s growth across home, car, and mobile product areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify and engage candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience recruiting for tech, consumer electronics, e‑commerce, or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates promptly.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
• Support employer branding with campus recruiting and social media.
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross‑regional hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely manner
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
• Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for roles in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or supply chain
• Familiarity with the U.S. labor market and hiring practices
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus

For Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70000- $100000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
