Job summary

Anker Innovations in Seattle is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process—from posting jobs to interviewing and offer negotiations. You will partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience across the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence.
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000- $130,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
