Anker Innovations is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive HR infrastructure, compliance, talent acquisition, and workplace operations for the US market from Seattle. This role emphasizes local labor-law knowledge, comprehensive benefits, and data-driven HRIS management.

You will partner with leadership to scale HR services, design attractive total rewards, and support a fast-growing organization while ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with a background as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist in a fast-paced, scaling organization or startup environment.
• The "Builder" Mindset: Exceptional ability to work autonomously and drive results independently. You thrive on taking full ownership of a function and running a tight ship.
• Functional Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of US employment law, benefits administration, payroll systems, and general business administration.
• Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication skills; adept at navigating ambiguity, problem-solving, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (SHRM-CP/PHR) are highly valued

Responsibilities

• HR Infrastructure & Compliance: Set up localized HRIS platforms, ensure payroll administration, tax compliance, and data accuracy.
• Talent Acquisition & Employee Enablement: Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and culture initiatives for US roles.
• Workplace Operations & Administration: Oversee office logistics, vendor management, and internal alignment to support scalable operations.
