Global Investment Firm in New York's Flatiron area is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role supports scheduling, candidate experience, and coordination with recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage interview logistics, maintain candidate data in ATS, assist with events, and help improve workflows while handling confidential information with discretion. Hybrid onsite schedule near Flatiron.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related corporate environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management skills.
• Professional, polished, and client-service oriented.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and streamline workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, including scheduling across multiple calendars, arranging conference rooms, and managing interview logistics.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive interview experience from start to finish.
• Support recruiting events, Super Days, and other hiring initiatives by coordinating logistics and assisting with execution.
• Maintain and update candidate information within the ATS and recruiting databases.
• Prepare recruiting documents, interview materials, and candidate agreements.
• Generate recruiting reports and assist with tracking hiring metrics.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support the recruiting process.
• Assist with improving recruiting workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Handle confidential candidate and employee information with the highest level of discretion.
• Support additional recruiting and administrative projects as needed.
