Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise SaaS deployments and align technical solutions with customer needs. You will drive seamless deployments, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor junior PMs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in SaaS program management, PMP preferred, and CJIS background check readiness. This role reports to the Director, Program Management and offers growth in a mission-driven company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• PMP certification preferred for the role.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs in a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency with technical project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience guiding teams through ambiguity and delivering on shared goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CJIS background check required and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, enterprise SaaS deployments, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with customer expectations and revenue recognition guidelines.
• Manage multiple medium to large projects focusing on timelines, scope and budget control.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements and ensure standards compliance.
• Engage with customers, sales, product, and services leaders to define vision, scope, and delivery timelines.
• Support program planning with effective work estimation processes.
• Oversee program-level change management with client partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop documentation to support customer acceptance and revenue recognition.
• Act as primary facilitator for project teams and stakeholders across functions.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and address issues to ensure outcomes.
• Deliver training to customers remotely and onsite to drive adoption.
• Mentor junior PMs and support recruitment for the PM team.
