Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle, coordinating study management, site management, and vendor deliverables for all study management activities. The role oversees budget, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with CSTL and SOMs to ensure quality data and on-time delivery.

The GSM II drives strategy with CSTL, mentors SOMs, and ensures readiness for inspections and study closure across global sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and/or study management.
• Study management/leadership experience.
• Experience with oversight of CROs and vendors.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the execution of global clinical trials from sourcing to database release.
• Provides quality oversight of regional operations and CROs.
• Leads recruitment targets and delivery milestones for studies.
• Manages study budgets, vendor costs, and spend forecasts.
• Ensures study management and site readiness across trials.
