Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the full study lifecycle. You will oversee study management, site management, CROs, and vendor deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality data.

Strong collaboration with CSTL and cross-functional teams is essential. Responsibilities include leading study startup and monitoring plans, budget oversight, risk planning, and inspection readiness, with global coordination and mentorship of study

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and/or study management.
• Experience with oversight of CROs and vendors.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global study execution from startup to database release and inspection readiness.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, setting recruitment targets and milestones.
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget study delivery.
