Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle, overseeing study management, site management, CRO/vendor deliverables, and budget execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain inspection readiness for global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree with 7+ years in operational clinical trial experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; clinical trial leadership experience.
• Experience with CRO/vendor oversight and trial budgeting.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global study management and CRO/vendor relationships.
• Coordinate study startup, monitoring, and data delivery to ensure timely, high-quality data.
• Develop study level plans, budgets, and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure inspection readiness and TMF setup for studies.
• Mentor SOMs and other GSMs as needed.
