Job summary

Parexel in the United States is seeking a Global Study Manager II to lead complex clinical trials across the study lifecycle. You will coordinate study management, site activities, CROs, and vendors to ensure high-quality data and on-time deliverables.

You will set recruitment targets, manage budgets, review TMF and vendor contracts, and drive readiness for inspections. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and deep experience in study management and CRO oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operational clinical trial experience.
• Experience leading study management teams and overseeing CROs/vendors.
• Willingness to travel as required and operate globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global study management oversight from startup through database release and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate site management, CRO/vendor deliverables, and study management plans.
• Manage recruitment targets, timelines, and budget approvals with CSTL and cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee TMF setup and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and cost control.
• Drive inspection readiness activities and continuous improvement of study operations.
