Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in operational clinical trials or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years in operational clinical trial experience.
• Scientific or technical degree preferred with extensive trial methodology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall study management and governance across global trials.
• Oversee CROs and vendor relationships.
• Develop and approve study plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure inspection readiness and TMF setup.
• Mentor SOMs and provide operational guidance.
