Job summary

Parexel in the United States is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle, overseeing study management, site management, CROs, and vendor deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality data.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set recruitment targets, develop study plans, monitor budgets, and ensure inspection readiness. A strong background in study management, CRO oversight, and budget control is required, with ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with several years of operational clinical trial experience.
• Experience leading study management and oversight of CROs and vendors.
• Strong budget, planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates global study execution from start-up to data release, ensuring timely delivery of quality data.
• Oversees regional/country operations, CROs, and vendor deliverables related to study execution.
• Sets recruitment targets, monitors milestones, and partners with cross-functional teams to meet plans.
• Manages study budgets, cost variance, invoices, and POs to align spend with forecast.
• Ensures TMF setup, risk planning, and inspection readiness for study management.
