Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle, overseeing study management, site management, vendor deliverables, and CRO relationships to ensure timely, high-quality data from start-up through database release.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set recruitment targets, monitor budgets, and drive inspection readiness while mentoring junior GSMs and SOMs. Global collaboration and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in clinical operations or study management.
• Experience with CRO oversight and vendor management.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global trial execution from sourcing to database release.
• Provide quality oversight of regional operations and CRO tasks.
• Set recruitment targets and delivery milestones for study startup and monitoring.
• Represent the operational sub-team in study execution decisions.
