Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the full study lifecycle. You will oversee study management, site management, CRO/vendor deliverables, and protocol recruitment plans to ensure timely, high-quality data delivery.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive inspection readiness while maintaining strong leadership across study teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with significant operational clinical trial experience.
• Experience leading study management and vendor oversight in global trials.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to travel as required.
• Familiarity with TMF, study budgets, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study management activities from start-up to database release.
• Oversee CRO and vendor tasks, with accountability for study execution.
• Develop and monitor study management plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Support inspection readiness and submission activities as needed.
• Mentor SOMs and other GSMs to ensure delivery against plans.
