Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to lead study operations from start-up through data release. You will coordinate CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality trial data and regulatory readiness across regions.

The role requires extensive trial management experience, strong budgeting, and leadership to mentor SOMs and drive study-level plans. Travel to investigator sites and global meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree with extensive operational clinical trial experience
• Graduate degree preferred with substantial trial ops background
• Fluency in written and spoken English; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Leads global study management oversight from start-up to data release
• Manages CROs, vendors, and study operations within budget and timeline
• Drives planning, monitoring, and risk mitigation across study teams
• Partners with CSTL and CSTAs to optimize study delivery and inspection readiness
• Oversees TMF setup, country/site activation, and investigator meetings
• Ensures adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
