Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead global initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement group. You will drive cross-functional programs, governance, and metrics to maximize business impact.

Hybrid role based in-office 3 days per week, with a focus on transforming go-to-market enablement and operational excellence across the RTR function. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business program management or project management.
• Proven ability to drive multi-team initiatives across a matrixed organization.
• Strong change-management and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communications for dispersed audiences.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership.
• Experience delivering detailed program plans, timelines, and governance.
• Proactive problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives within Sales and Success Digital Enablement.
• Develop project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and change impact assessments.
• Deliver status reports and business impact analyses to executives.
• Coach team members on processes, policies and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
