Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive large programs, create detailed project plans, RACIs, and stakeholder maps to support go-to-market and regional objectives.

Hybrid role with in-office days and opportunities to shape governance, change impact assessment, and success metrics across the RTR organization and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management or project management.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive, change-management oriented with strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organizations and drive outcomes.
• Experience driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.
• Strong verbal and written communications across dispersed teams.
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner/customer-facing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies.
• Provide project administration and support to a team of project managers.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects within ROB governance, change impact assessments and execution models.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues and pursue continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and report program status to leadership.
• Advise team on processes, policies and reporting requirements.
